If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of the return being approved.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non refundable, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Due to the nature of our products, original artwork, commissioned pieces are non returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our email address is included in your order confirmation and is not publicly displayed on the website due to spam. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us via Instagram direct message.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
