All artwork, photographs, designs, and written content on this website remain the intellectual property of Jade Eynon unless stated otherwise. Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. 

Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Jade Eynon. 

Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and device. Original paintings are handmade, and small variations in colour, texture, brushwork, and finish are part of the nature of original art. 

Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change. If there is an obvious pricing or listing error, I may cancel the order and provide a full refund. 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
