Shipping policy

Ready to ship orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Pet portrait commissions usually take around three to four weeks to paint, dry, varnish, and prepare for dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary depending on the size of the painting, drying time, workload, and circumstances outside my control. 

All orders are carefully packaged and sent using tracked shipping where available. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside my control may occur. 

UK postage for pet portrait commissions is complimentary unless otherwise stated. International postage costs are shown at checkout or agreed before the commission begins. 

I ship to selected international destinations. Prints are not currently available for delivery to the European Union due to General Product Safety Regulation requirements. 

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees charged by their destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
