Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and are shipped using tracked shipping services. Orders are typically sent in rigid protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.


Commissioned Artwork

Custom portrait commissions require additional creation time.

The painting process typically takes three to four weeks, allowing time for painting, drying, and varnishing. All portraits are shipped with tracking and arrive unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your space.

By submitting this deposit you agree to pay the remaining 50% upon completion of the painting. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the deposit: UK shipping is complimentary, while international shipping fees will apply.

At present, shipping to the European Union is unavailable due to regulatory requirements under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).


United States Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, current customs tariffs are included in the purchase price. However, we cannot guarantee that customs authorities will not apply additional charges outside of our control.


Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, postal service, and customs processing. All delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our email address is included in your order confirmation and is not publicly displayed on the website due to spam. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us via Instagram direct message.
